The relationship of Jesus to the land of Israel, and, in particular, to the insignificant, small town of Bethlehem, shows us that God loves to work through the very small – to change a very big world.
Our Advent journey is based on the Jesse Tree, an historic way of reflecting on Advent and Christmas by recalling the people, places, and story that are part of Jesus’ own deep family legacy.
